SCAR OF THE SUN is a modern metal band from Athens, Greece, formed in the late ‘00s in London, UK. After the release of their first self-titled demo that was nominated ‘Demo of the month’ by Metal Hammer Greece, the band released two albums, ‘A Series Of Unfortunate Concurrencies’ and ‘In Flood’ through the Italian label Scarlet Records.

Both albums were successful and gained raving reviews all over the world. SCAR OF THE SUN toured Europe four times for these releases, with the likes of Dark Tranquillity, Moonspell, Pain, Rage, TYR, Firewind and many other bands. The mastering duties were taken over by Greg Reely (Coldplay, The Tea Party, Strapping Young Lad, etc).
